The personal transformation I experienced when I first discovered Freediving is what drives me to teach.
I am a certified SSI Level 1 Freedive Instructor and an accredited Breath Coach with Yoga Alliance.
I volunteer in my local community by sitting on the board of directors for a not-for-profit organization, Freedive Toronto. I was previously on the board for Aida Canada. I'm very active within the Freedive Community and committed to helping this sport grow in Canada.
I can accommodate women's only or LGTBQA+ only, family, private groups and corporate classes.
