Service Description
**Must have completed Academics** Learn how how to Freedive! This course requires you to be in the water, must bring a Towel, swimsuit and water bottle. Freediving rental equipment will be provided. Learn and practice all the skills required for Freediving. This course requires attendance for all 3 sessions which are 1hr at the Pan Am Pool on Monday evenings, 9:15 pm to 10:30 pm. Must be able to complete a swim underwater for 25m, perform a 2min static hold and other required safety techniques. Equipment rental is free for this portion of the course.
