Try Freediving
Are you curious about the world of freediving but not quite ready to commit to a full course? Our 'Try Freediving' class is the perfect opportunity for you to dip your toes into this exhilarating sport and discover the wonders that lie beneath the surface.
Must be a competent swimmer to take this session. Must be able to swim 100 meters within 10-15mins. These sessions are only available at the Pan Am pool located at 401 & Morningside.

Discover something new!
In this introductory class, we provide a comprehensive and immersive experience that will leave you inspired and eager to explore more. The class begins with a 1 1/2 hour Zoom session with our experienced and certified instructors. During this session, you will learn about the fundamentals of freediving.
Following the Zoom session, we move into the pool for an hour-long session with your instructor. Here, you will have the opportunity to put your newfound knowledge into practice, experience the sensation of being underwater, and learn basic freediving skills under the guidance of our skilled instructors.
We understand the importance of having the right equipment when exploring the underwater world. That's why we provide rental equipment at no additional cost, ensuring that you have everything you need for a safe and enjoyable experience.

What's included:
- personalized training program to prep for the course (if required)
- $75 credit towards the full course if signing up for the Academics within 90 days of taking the trial session ($25 off each portion of the course).
This discovery course is open to 14 years and up but must be accompanied by an adult who will also be participating in the whole course for students under 17 years old.
